Bonding wire

Semi Dice offers top of the range GOLD and ALUMINIUM bonding wire for Semiconductor as well as Hybrid applications.
Aluminium based bonding wire must be kept sealed in the original plastic blisters and stored at temperatures of 15-25 °C and at a humidity of 25-50%.

The quaranteed shelf life is six month from date of manufacture.
